Homes For All approached us with three key projects – Blue Vista Lifestyle Estate, Sandwood Estate and Presidents Place. Each required billboard designs that could instantly capture attention, stand out in busy environments and communicate property value at a glance.
What We Delivered
For Blue Vista, exclusivity was the message. With only 80 units available, the billboard needed urgency. “NEW DEVELOPMENT COMING SOON” became the core statement – bold, commanding and impossible to miss. Paired with a strong call-to-action and a QR code, it invites instant enquiries from potential buyers.
For Sandwood Estate, we focused on reassurance and lifestyle. The headline line, “ALL COSTS INCLUDED. FULL-TITLE. SECURE ESTATE.” delivered peace of mind to buyers – no hidden costs, guaranteed ownership, and security. Supporting features like granite counters, private gardens and built-in braais were presented as sharp, quick-read points. The visuals of the estate brought aspiration to life – an immediate vision of modern comfort.
For Presidents Place, the brief was about modern living with future-forward benefits. The design highlighted free-standing houses, PV readiness, solar geysers and gas stoves. Clear, simple icons illustrated house sizes, bedrooms and bathrooms, making the message both visual and practical. The estate render gave context, showing a home buyers could imagine themselves in.
Across all three, we kept to design discipline – clean typography, high contrast layouts and a visual hierarchy that directs the eye. The aim was clarity and speed: billboards that work in seconds, yet linger in memory.

The Outcome
Three distinct billboards, each shaped by the identity of the development it represents. They don’t just advertise homes – they build trust, spark interest and position Homes For All as a name buyers can rely on.
