The Hearing & Tinnitus Studio, based at Intercare Fourways, approached Metrix Media House to design a billboard that would stand out along one of the area’s busiest routes. Positioned near Fourways Mall and Intercare Clinic, the space is crowded with outdoor signage and advertising – so the challenge was to create something clean, clear and impossible to miss.

Our Strategic Approach

At Metrix Media House, we understand that great billboard design isn’t about saying everything – it’s about saying the right things clearly.
We began by identifying what mattered most to passers-by: who the advertiser is, what they offer and how to contact them. The rest would be design discipline – colour, layout and typography working together for maximum impact.

We kept messaging concise and bold, ensuring the clinic name and contact number were instantly legible, even at a glance or from a moving car. The chosen imagery – an ear with sound wave accents – created immediate relevance, drawing the eye while reinforcing the brand’s purpose.

What We Delivered

The final design is a study in clarity and confidence. The strong blue and yellow palette enhances visibility against the busy Fourways backdrop, while the clean type hierarchy makes the essential details – Hearing & Tinnitus Studio, contact number and web address – easy to absorb.

Every design choice supported the brief: visibility, memorability and professional alignment with the brand’s healthcare identity.

The result is a 2.5m x 1.23m billboard that commands attention in a crowded visual environment – a clear, strategic communication piece that turns passing traffic into potential clients.
